Please note that all packages listed below are for example purposes only. We will tailor a package to fit your business needs, the final price may be lower or higher than those listed but these are a general guideline. 

*All monthly packages include: classifying transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, twice yearly meetings / check-ins* 

SINGLE SERVICES

Diagnostic Review – $200 

Used to determine final price based off complexity and scope of work needed. You will receive a report of findings as well as suggested services at the conclusion of the review. Required before a package may be chosen to ensure the right fit. If you opt to continue business with us, the $200 diagnostic will be credited to the final price. 

QuickBooks Online account set-up and one-hour training – $300 (one time only) 

Payroll (bi-weekly, up to 4 employees) – $400/month 

Travel/On-site services – $65/hour + mileage (additional fees if outside home radius) 

Rush/emergency services – $65/hour 

Year One Package – $1,300/yr (payment plan eligible) 

  • Quickbooks setup 
  • One year-end catch up
  • One hour training 

Recurring Yearly Package – $1,000/yr (payment plan eligible) 

  • Year-end catch up
