Your membership entitles you to one live Portal Yoga class each week (at 10:30 a.m. ET / 7:30 a.m. PT), plus access to the prior week’s recording. That means each week you always have two classes to practice as many times as you’d like! Each week’s class is different to ensure you work all parts of your body.

Your membership begins with the first class you attend live or the first video you receive if you are only watching the recordings. When you register, you will be sent a Zoom link and details within 24 hours.

I have been to many yoga classes throughout my life, but Jessica is absolutely the best I have ever been to. It was simply incredible. Every single muscle in my body was stretched to delight. I felt light and free after each session. She awakened my body in poses I had never done before while always being gentle. Jessica was wonderful, almost angelic, and she really is a guru!

Portal Yoga classees are held live every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. ET / 7:30 a.m. PT.

You can join us live or watch the recording at your own convenience. Each class is 75 minutes.

You will have access to 2 recordings each week you can watch as many times as you’d like from the comfort of your own home any time you want.
